needed im having a problem starting my s2 its been in the garage for three wks of the four iv had it with no problem in starting after i did the repairs. I changed the rocker gasket on friday then on saturday morning when i was going off to audi international the car only just started the battery being very weak no problems starting when i left the show but the next morning same problem batt was dead and a clicking sound from the solinoid the alarm going off and dim lights after the run from castle coombe the batt should be ok but as gone flat overnight im wondering iff its an earth problem anybody had the same problem the batt is new and the only power iv got is the alarm red led light.
Common battery drain problems are the electric window relay and the after run pump relay. I am not sure where these are on a B4 S2 but on a C4 UrS, they are in the left side kick panel and the right side kick panel, respectively.
