Right lasts and gentlebugs since dragging the S4 out of her retirement I have noticed a few lecky problems, the first on is a problem with the front wipers when I switch them to intermittent they either work as asked or I hear the relay working and they just carry on wiping as though I have switched them on to continuous slow I'm guessing this is a relay problem and thoughts?, the second problem is much more annoying its a problem with the central display in the cluster sometimes it all switches off and the piezo emmits an extremely high pitched note that doesn't stop unless I turn the car off when I turn the car on again it goes back to behaving normally it doesn't do it all the time but when it does suffice to say its annoying. The next problem on this list is a strange problem with the idle after driving for a while I come up to a junction dip the clutch and the recap drop through the floor sometimes it gets caught just in time and the car splutters back into life sometimes it just dies stumped on this one, and the final problem is with oil pressure sometimes the car flashes the oil warning light at me but pressure is fine, level is fine and the car uses no more than the usual amount of oil but it is always topped up I'm starting to think this may be connected to the fualt with the central display, any thoughts on any of these problems are appreciated
