White male plug and female plug, they do fit together and have matching wire colours, not sure if they are supposed to be joined?

one of them connects to the cross loom that runs across the crossmember above the IC. something to do with the lights i think? there should be a clip for these connectors underneath the RH headlight
... 1 connects to headlight loom that crosses the crossmember the other connects to your indicator.
