  • Remote entry.. help

When I purchased my car it did not come with a remote for unlocking/locking the doors.

I am unable to find a new remote. Anyone know the part number. My local stealer was unable to find one.

PS my car was fitted with this option from the factory.

What car is in question? If an 80/S2 the info was the same for me as the orginal remotes are NLA. I bought and installed a folding remotecontrol keys to my car. It was quite easy installation to the orginal central locking pump.

The car is a Audi 90, think it would be the same as the 80.

What model and year was the key you used?

And you added something to the central locking pump or did you switch the unit out?

        HI

You could try these guys in germany. They seem to have most things electrical. I found them a couple of years ago when looking for CLU spares. I didnt need them in the end, so cant comment on dealing with them.

It is a professional looking site and the product range is fairly complete.
