Dead battery in 3 days

Flat battery?! Why does this sound familiar?

Because it happened to my ladies 90 sedan this past weekend! The damn after-run relay on the cooling fan never turned the damn thing off!!
The next day the battery was done! WTF! Took me an hour to find out what it was....after having the battery charged...the fan still was going after plugging the battery back into the car!! Check all your relays pal!!

Well she cranked with a booster pack, and I checked the x-relay seems to be OK. The TCP is NOT running. The cigar lighter is NOT stuck down. All interior lights are indeed OFF... So I go to open the boot and check that lamp is behaving... and the feckin boot lock has decided not to work now. Blummin car... Sod that I'm getting out of the cold and getting a beer.

Will now have to try and sort it on Saturday, weather permitting, with a 3yr old at my ankles. Yippee ! Maybe I'll train him how to climb thru the back seats into the tailgate area and pop the lock from the inside
