    Are these any good? Or would I be better off looking for good condition ellips

    Why would you want to be involved in copying anything BMW does? If anything, find some LED strips that you can mount inside the headlight housing ala R8 and the newer Audis, e.g. A5.

      I think LED strips(daytime running lights) look tacky even on the new cars

      Theres a set of ellips for £200 each! Off an S2 with only 34k. Just cant afford it

        I thought some of those had plastic lenses.

        You can get a second hand pair of elipsoids on here for about £200 normally.

            Same guy that wants £250 + vat plus delivery for the rear subframe and £225 + vat for the clocks. me thinks.
