UrS speed limiter coding plug
That connector was for the speed limiter coding plug. All the NAmerican UrS4s and UrS6s came with the red coding plug (see photo). This told the ECU to cut fuel at 130 mph (208 kph) because Audi was concerned about UrS owners running only H-rated tires and blowing them out at the real top speed of the UrS (150 mph (240 kph)).
Removing the red plug removes the speed limiter.
