Magnecor Lead Fitment

Ordered a set last week and have just been e-mailed the following:

'Thank you for your order. Magnecor have raised a query with regards to your vehicle. Can you please confirm if you have the UK coil lead at which is 26.25 inches and has a straight connector at the coil end, or the European version which has a 23.5 inch coil lead with a 90 degree fitting at the coil end? Can you please confirm for me?'

I'm away from home and won't have access to my car until the weekend, so can anyone that's used them before answer this for me? If not I'll just have to wait until I can take a look myself.

My car is a late 1991 S2 3B. It's a UK car. Should it be the straight connector?

Doesen't sound right to me!
On mine the lead is approx 14" total length from the end of the connectors which are both 90 degree.
According to the source, the 3b coil dizzy lead is 350mm which is close enough! The 7A is listed as 440mm long.
Don't think they have got the application correct to be honest.

I got a mate to go round and check mine. Just under 24" and 90 degree at both ends for the coil to dizzy lead.

Hmm..
Actually mine has a set of Magnecor HT leads but not the coil to dizzy lead! Which might imply there was a problem!

As I said previously the parts info lists a 350mm lead which is what I have and to be honest it does not need to be any longer! You will have to lose a foot of lead somehow!
Unless of course a Ur 20V has a longer one. I'll check.

I had the same query when i ordered my set. But once they came they where spot on!

It does look like the RR in the Ur 20V has a lead 620mm long which is the 24.5" length.
