There is no two ways to put it in. I would like to see you putting a 64kb file into a 32kb EPROM.

The file labeled ign size 64kb goes in the 512 chip.
The file labeled boost size 32kb goes in the 257 chip.

I dont know, he worked for Cern, maybe if you put the 32kb eprom in the Large Hadron Collider you might be able to beam 64kb into it

I've heard that if you shout "POWER" then you can fit a whole DVD onto a boost chip

This is why I usually am very sceptic when people go like "I have a friend who worked at XXX and he is much smarter than you at everything".

I said the first time that it is impossible to do anything wrong with those files if you know what you are doing - this is still true.
And if you don't know what you are doing, you should not be doing it anyway.

Thank you for answering the question.

In addition to that, the 257 chip is 32kb, while the 512 chip is 64kb in size. 256/8 and 512/8 - not exactly rocket science.
The files are also 32kb and 64kb in size.

So I don't really see the point of the question, it's impossible to write a 64kb file into a 32kb chip.

I don't see the point in your reply,...........the question had already been answered.
