RS2 Electrical water Pump

Hi,

I bought this week an Audi RS2 and i see that electrical water pump never stop. I turn off ignition and after this time water pump never stop. Inclusive after 2 day car not stop electrical water pump.

I think is not normal and i´m new in world of RS2 cars. Maybe Relay and CC!

Any idea?

Indeed, probably the relay at fault.

Look behind the kick panel near the 'A' pillar i think. Uk drivers side.

You can have also the switch that is situated near exhaust mainifold .Try to unplug a wire. IF it stops then you need to change only the switch,

Only it? Thermoswitch.

My old CQ20v not use electrical water pump but use an relay named after run. So ventilation of radiador water turn on via Thermoswitch >> Relay.

That is a different thing.
You have an issue with the switch or with the relay.
