IF i can some how fix my alloy block [one of the liners been machined out off center by 0.4mm ] that will save 25kg, 4 kg light weight starter,3 kg light weight alternator, 5kg lithium battery, 2kg alloy steering rods , 5kg just saved on 10 new compromotive wheels 1kg per wheel. if all goes to plan [it never does] that would make a total of 44kg saved taking me very close to 1100kg , poss thinking of going for carbon propshaft all depends how long i can keep away from rallying it ,as this is the only way i can afford to develope the car

        Got the quote today

        £325 plus vat

This is a light weight geared version. I'll post the specs up when I am home.

AGX unit. it will come with there heat dampening and all units are fully serviceable.

Geared starting so the cranking will be twice as quick as the standard item and alot less current draw

            Hi James,

is there a deadline and a deposit required? Is there a difference for LHD and RHD S2's?
Can it also be purchased at a later date after the group buy?
            Cheers mis amigos,

They are making this from scratch.

Using the AGX unit and a custom made mounting face from them. I cant say for sure if they will continue to make them.

The price wont be the same as the group buy. I know its not the best price in the world but for the product its very good.

If we can get it to 10 they will drop the price further.

Wish I could justify this, looking forward to hearing it on a you tube clip.

Twice as quick cranking really appeals to me, rather than any weight reduction.

Always felt mine takes too long cranking before triggering.

Well done "Terry" for pushing the envelope.

                Kind regards.
