Will have to try and find a schematic from fuse 4. Perhaps its something battery fed but somehow related to the fuse 4 circuit. Alternativity start yanking relays and see if it goes. Maybe courtesy light delay or as someone else mentioned, the after run relay.

The courtesy light delay does pull about 250mA for 30sec even with the lights off, then it drops back to 70mA. Afterrun pump is not running. I'll try pulling relays next.

Battery voltage was down to 12.05v after 3days, the car started OK, but it was definately turning over slower than before so I'm sure another couple of days and it'll not start

Sure it's not a faulty battery? Which is just loosing charge

Think fuse 4 is battery fed so as said perhaps you are picking up the battery discharge. Sometimes you can see the battery discharge by connecting the MM across the terminals and watching the voltage drop on a dying battery.
Charge it up and take it to Halfords and get then to do a voltage drop/discharge test on it that should tell you one way or the other. Basically if it cannot hold 12.6V without use its dying. Better to replace it at a convenient time for you than to have it let you down.
