Factory immobiliser has stopped beeping

I have an aftermarket alarm installed alongside the original factory immobiliser that beeps when you lock the car. Today I noticed that the factory beep has stopped beeping.

This is after having the car in lots of pieces so I was wondering if I might have dislodged something under the bonnet? Or under the rear seat? The aftermarket alarm still works exactly as it should.

Mine doesn't beep but I think it's the factory 1 button alarm, not sure which that would be but it does make a funny sound when I lock it

The beep I mean is the sort of muffled beep type noise that you get when you lock it. It's a funny noise that I've always liked!

As andy has said, there is a horn (ive got one ) in the rear quarter (dont know which side) it could be a wire off or horn fault.
Is the factory alarm controlled by the central locking pump? could be that at fault.

Cheers guys, I had the n/s rear door card off fixing some speaker wiring so maybe dislodged a wire. I'll have a check tomorrow.
