wires near fan connector

Im trying to discover what are this two eyelets, bk I dont remember what are they for

The ABY fan uses eyelets instead of a plug, I think the drawing just shows that

I thought the 3B has the resistor plate in the fan, not apart as the ABY.

Mine is a 3B, and has those wires

The aby has 3 wires into 2 eyelet's - they both bolt to the fan motor

but mine is a 3b, thats why i dont get it.....

While I am not well versed in the 3B S2 I will take a stab at this........fusible link maybe? I wouldn't think that grounding (earth) wiring would be red, but remember......it is an Audi. Audi installed these due to problems with the cooling fan shorting to ground (earth) when the fan motor would fail. A little bit of insurance for your wiring harness.

Look around for a small fusible link like the one in the pic below.
