    A/C compressor doesn't stay connected... Klimatronic UrS6

Does anybody had a problem with the A/C system that turns ON the compressor and suddenly cuts it out, then tries to reconnect it and lasts a few seconds only while the cabin gets hotter and hotter because the gas doesn't have enough time to circulate around the system? I can hear when the A/C relay gets activated... sometimes the compressor's clutch (and relay as well) engages and disengages in very close and shorts periods or suddenly it just stops working at all! this happens always when the A/C symbol is ON, whichever setting is on the temperature (LO or >18celsius). Days over here are becoming warmer every day and I don't want to be at 44deg outside with no air conditioning!

Is this a malfunction of the Klimatronic control unit? A relay? The system has been refilled last year and it cools well the air (when the ac compressor stays active).

You might want to have the system checked again for leaks. The A/C clutch will not stay engaged if the pressure in the system is too low. Sounds like your system is just at the threshold of work/won't work because of low refridgerant pressure.

Mate, I just did the DTC with the Klimatronic as the stupid interface I bought is not working at all... I used this LINK and had the next results:

System malfunction - displayed as a Diagnostic Trouble Code (DTC):
15.5 Air Flow Flap, static block, see *15.5 --> 15.5= Motor is cycled; software attempts to eliminate block

        OBD Channel 52 - A/C Compressor switch-off codes: ( - -.- ) = OK!

OBD Channel 53 - Climate system electrical output codes:
b2 Air flow flap open (sporadic)
b3 Central flap in "instrument panel outlet" position (sporadic)

        Any clue?

this is exactly your problem, you just don't have quite enough R134 gas and need to have your system topped up.

I'll third that you need to check gas pressure. You could bypass the pressure switch to see if it stays cut in
