          This problem was severe on my S2 because the radiator fan started only on stage 2 (stage 1 didn't work) .
          Stage 2 works at faster speed so more power required to start thus a severe rev drop.
          I don't know if this is the case with your car...

            I've found this info about the AAN ecu on quattroworld regarding pin41, as I am running one in my urq.

            With the aircon deleted, how would one tie this circuit into the RS2 fan wiring?

            Apologies again to OP, but this info/discussion may prove helpful to all of us in our neverending quest for Audi k-nowledge

              I am sure you can use a relay which is modulated by the rad fan circuit(s), to make or break the circuit that the ECU is monitoring

                When I suffered stalling it was with the A/c on also cleaning the Maf Plug always helped
                RS 2 580HP
