blink code reader help

i have a group buy blink code reader, it works a treat

unfortunately though, the diagram on which prong goes to which port has rubbed off.

so from memory there are 2 yellow, 1 red and 1 black? As we know its the black and white ports they connect to.....

so which wire plugs into which port?
