well looks like i have problems in alternator. is it possible to repair diodes for reasonable price ?
will it harm cars electrical system if i continue driving with bad diodes ? i have measured voltage output from alternator and it shows 13.7v what is about right ?

when you attach the blue cable to ground and the battery light in the cluster turns on, then the blue cable is ok and you probably have some issues with the alternator or at least with the regulator.
