Got mine from local hydraulics shop, all the lot that attaches to the pump was around 5€.

The one in the pic is 1/3 of the size of the billet one so very restrictive!!

Could be, still does not have any problems supplying my modest 350hp K24 7400 with 440cc injectors.

Bringing up an old thread ... I'm about to buy an 044 pump from another member ... I have the fuel pump basket for my s2 ... does it all fit straight in with no modifications needed bar the basket?
                      Cheers in advance

You need a 60 mm diameter basket for the 044 (and 005 and 040) Bosch pumps

I have a 044 basket for the s2 I got it of another forum member paid £30 for it ... I ment apart from the basket is there any further mods needed in order to fit this pump to my s2 or is that it? I'll be running rs2 set up (350 bhp until bottom emd ,rods and pistons done )

I am looking for a basket to fit 044 fuel pump in my S4 C4 AAN. I have red that V8 and 200 will fit plug and play. Can anyone confirm or indicate a place to buy in Europe similar billet like 034? Thanks!
