Electric window fault, need schematic advice please!?

hi there, I have got an issue with my elec windows & sunroof. I know windows fault is common and I have been pointed to the double relay 343 in aux panel (under driver dash).

I have removed and taken cover off relay to check it out. it has 3 little relay coils inside it. At a guess one is for ignition, second is for sunroof and other is for window motor switching. It looks clean and i re soldered any cracked or poor joints

    from schematic....

I believe that when you turn ignition on there should be 12v at relay pin 4/61 and when engine running 12 (14v) from alternator. I think this 12v should then pick up one of the coils in this relay 343?? that then puts power out to door switches and motors on pin 8/87 (Q10 connector)

I have no volts at this pin with either ignition on or engine running which makes me think I have a crappy or loose connection at either T2c/1 or A17

if I manually close up the right hand side coil in relay 343 I have power to pin 8/87 and operation of windows and sunroof. I am also unable to get the relay to energise using my own separate battery supply, a friend has an unproven spare I can try but I still believe there should be 12v at pin 4/65

I suppose my question is does anybody know where both T2c/1 and A17 connectors are please or what they look like?

what do the connections with capital letter (A17 for example) look like?

also If somebody could explain the door switch function from the schematic please ellaborate

many thanks guys, its bugging me now

Just for extra info I had the following results when testing with a dmm....

12v @ relay pin 2/30 (which proves the thermal relay and main power is ok)
    Earth continuity @ relay pins 1/15 & 14/31
0v a@ relay pin 5/TK1 with ignition on or off
0 or 1v @ 4/61 (ignition on or off or engine running, relay in and out still 0v or 1v)
0v @ 8/87 ignition on/off, relay in/out. (12v present if i push one relay in and then operation of windows ok)

for some reason my thread isnt showing in the forum. any way sorted it. auxiliary x relief relay wasn't energising. i have windows and sun roof but a dodgy drivers door switch causing intermittent drivers window operation
