Carbon canistor valve

Hi

I would like to know how can i bypass this fricken valve i bought the car without one and i am living in South Africa where this cannot be found i get error code for this valve the pipe out of the head is blocked it is a 3b s2 1991 model.Is'nt there a resitor or something that i can connect in the plug that i can misslead the ecu so it can think the valve is opperative.

The spec for the solenoid valve is 40-50 ohms
