Which bosch battery for Aby coupe

My battery is finally shagged!!!
so which bosch do you guys recommend the s3 s4 or s5 bearing in mind the vent issue

The ABY has a venting pipe connected to the battery for fumes
Do you have the part number Rikki ?

Keep the receipt and take it back after 4 1/2 years and get a new one

Varta and Bosch are the same battery, Varta branded version is usually cheaper though in the UK.

varta are not the same varta now.

the owners sold off the car side and its not all the same company now.

i used to work for them..not varta..the owners

I had an ecu issue which kept killing my battery which was three years old luckily I had the receipt and got a new one from halfords with the ecu sorted it's been fine fir the last year

Where us this vent tube under the seat somewhere

Even though the battery is in the front, the 3B still has a vent tube too.

Personally I only go for Bosch batteries. Got nearly 10 yrs from one in the S2 - would have gone longer if car was being used more regularly and I didn't bother with a conditioner etc when it was (is) sitting SORN.
