B4 fog lights + sidelights (parking lights)

Now my '94 S2 avant lights work like this:
Light switch at sidelight (parking light) position: I cant put fog lights ON and instrument and dashboard illumination lights are not working.
Light switch at daylight position: front fog lights and dashboard lights work.


Now I want that fog lights can be used in parking light position.
In my '94 B4 80 competition lights work just like this. I check'd that fog light relay is same both of my cars. How can I change S2 lights working same as my 80 competition.

Somebody knows why my foglights do not go ON when I use parking (side) lights?

You should have dash board lights etc when the side lights are on, not sure about the fog lamps, maybe a problem with the headlight switch itself assuming all fuse's and relays are good.

Dashboard lights not working at lightswitch side light position. Stalk is swapped to 3-spoke airbag steering wheel model.

I've notice from schematics that in italy-versions have another source from stalk connector to fog-light relay. http://www.s2central.net/S2_Schematics/C/C01-11.pdf Pin 56 and that pin is normally not used. I have to open stalk column and check it. Here you can see where it goes. http://www.s2central.net/S2_Schematics/C/C01-18.pdf (line 196, fog-light relay K4)

I dont know where my car was first time sold, but there is one sticker from VW/Audi service from north Italy. Trunk equipment sticker codes don't tell National sales program.
