headlights do not light

Hello.

Fuses are OK. the bulbs are ok (highlight beam light up all the bulbs).

is a problem with the lever? The fog lights are also OK.

Sounds like an earth issue or switch nightmare chasing electrical faults good luck

I tried wd40 on the switch but did not work. I did not take the steering wheel off. only applied wd-40.
you think best disassemble and clean or look for another switch?

And this piece is just to hold the cables?
