VAGCOM power fuse

Hi, can anyone tell me where I can find the fuse that supplies power to the little black power socket that connects the VAGCOM lead on an RS2? It's definitely not the lead as it works fine on my other RS2.

EDIT: SKIP TO POST #9 for the correct answer (at least for an RS2): Fuse 21

I am not 100% on this but it looks to me that the power to a B3/B4 diagnositic plug is from the No. 30 bus = always hot, no fuses

Pins 55 and 13 are the info signal, K and L



Here they are shown at Pin 13 with connector T2z, white

Hmm, well it's not powering the (genuine) cable up, I thought there was a fuse for the diagnostics but looking at the diagram Dave has kindly supplied it appears I'm wrong.

I'll pop over later with a multimeter and see if there's any power there at all, could just be a poor connection.

For the AAN, the power to the diagnostic plug is fused at S19.



And as another check, I don't see the diagnostic plug in this RS2 fuse box label (but I could be wrong):
EDIT: Dave, you are Fn blind man. Look at Fuse 21.

The diagnostic plugs are marked on the fuse box lid but on the sticker with the relay location details as opposed to the one with the fuse locations.

I can get Charlie to take a pic if it would be useful for reference.

After having my eyes opened , I found fuse 21 and created this composite diagram (in partial penance):

Yeah, dunno how we missed that either, needless to say there was a gaping hole at socket 21 which I've now filled with a 10A fuse. Kit's on his way over, I'm sure we'll get some results now. Hopefully it'll be as free from recorded faults and errors as my other RS2 which I was quite pleased with!

Yep, they both have a clean bill of health from VAGCOM. We leak tested the N reg car last weekend and I was highly impressed by how air tight it was, the best I've seen, testament to Danny @ DNA's work. We'll leak test then M reg car this weekend.
