Speedo Clocks

Can the clocks from a 2.8q or a cabby 2l be altered to take the auto-check module as mine are playing up ( no dimmer or time adjust )

Autocheck is separate module and is p&p in any cluster.

I won the 2l speedo just wondering if I can just change the clock faces and auto check as on the 2l clocks it's showing 120mph limit and will the speedo still go to 155 mark or do I have to swap the speed sensor on the back of the clocks ?

Better/easier to swap over the dimmer and "time adjust" along with auto check.
