    Hi Nuvo.
Yes, no problem. However, it might take some time as I don´t have the books with me now as they are at the mechanic´s.

Remind me of this in a few days.....Just in case.

    Hi Domas.
I did not know about those Codes!!! Sweet.
I will check when I go see the car, but I don´t think I would be able to do so this week. But if I can, I will sure note them down.

Mine is an european model. Urban legend says there were 17 of the exact same car ( except for exterior color) that were registered for SEAT ( that belongs to VW) high level directors. I do not know about this, but mine has original registration on July 1990. Vin is MN04859....or something like that.

On equipment, mine does have the BOSE System ( very interesting), although something is not quite tight a 100% as the Head Unit does not say BOSE on it, but I do have all 4 Bose speakers ( remnaufatured not long ago actually ). So, this is one of things I need to go into.

But, as far as equipment ( I will publish the modifications codes like you say), I have:
    - The BOSE System
    - Sunroof
    - Electric fron seats ( with memory the driver´s side)
    - Sports Seats ( half leather )
    - Cruise Control
    - Electronic CLimate control ( I believe this was std on all these cars)
    - Headlamp washers
    - Electric mirrors and all the "typical" rest ( power windows, etc).

The only add ons my car has is the rear from a V8 ( Red) and the V8 4.2 BBS 16" wheels.

And one very exceptional thing, is that it has a Telephone from the 90's. The telephone works and it has hands free wiring, although it can not be run because it is GSM technology and that doesn´t work anymore. It is a Motorola Unit with a big unit in the trunk, and it does light and buttons work.

    I will post a picture.

    Cheers

Yes, please post the codes as they might be helpful. If not, they are interesting at least.
Strange that euro model has BOSE - never seen that before. Do you have CD changer? Or a CD in head unit? Which HU do you have: http://www.classic-audi.co.uk/forum/...ad.php?t=28845 number 1, 2, 3 or 4?

If your VIN is MN<number> and not LN<number> it is m.y. 1991, not 1990, like mine

I did find residuals of the phone as well. A bare signal wire under back seat going to component that connects radio antenna with phone antenna cable and outputs everything to automatic antenna. Nothing else though.

You are right about the 324 triggering the fan and the after-run coolant pump. HOWEVER, I am quite sure that the 214 it triggers is for the 1st speed of the fan, not the 2nd and for sure not the 3rd.

        Note the J69 relay:

J69 (one of the three fan-related relays), a 214 in the first position in an AAN fuse box. Note another 214 in position 2 and a 217 full fan speed relay in position 3 (Yes, I know its a UrS4/S6 fuse box but the general logic will be the same)

Surely if you do have a seperate tank from the one at the front by the headlights then you do have the intensive wash system. The tank at the front does both the headlight washers and the windscreen. The reason the intensive tank is seperate is that it contains a more concentrated mix of cleaning fluid. Just follow any pipe work from this other tank and see where it ends up. If it goes to the windscreen washers you have intensive wash!

in 200 20v, there are 2 214's in positions 2 and 3 in the main fusebox for fast and middle fan speed.

Even if wiring in URS4 is similar to 200 20v some places, it is not entirely the same. Actually, this fan relay circuit is the same for 200 (incl 20v) models, but different for 100 C3 models.

I may go to my car and take a picture today

There will also be a button on the stalk to activate the intensive wash. So you have a few clues to go by!

Agree. There would also be a separate OE switch to activate the separate intensive washer fluid pump, on the wiper stalk, as shown below:

So the other tank, the one in the passenger side fender is dedicated to headlight washer only? Or the "normal" tank has 2 motors, and uses it as in any other car but when you push INT it uses a separate smaller tank?

Answering my own question. According to diagram nozzles can be fed with 2 pumps, intensive and normal.
Careful with part numbers URs4boy has posted... hardly anything applies to 200.
Here is the diagram from 200, it actually has a better structural view of the system.

                      Hi Domas.
Yes, this is what I have on my car.

Now, I don´t know about how the intensive works in conjunction with the headlamp washers as I believe ( based on that schema ) that headlights have a different circuit.

But, IF I have the the intensive ( and I think I do) URs4 biy posted an image with a little button on it, whih V8`s had for that, but I am not sure 200 20V did have that.

So, in the 200 20V the Intensive is "always" on in the sense that a relay acts on the intensive wash pum, but it doesn´t have a separate functon likon the V8`s or C4s

                      Cheers

                        Guys,

                        I might have decoded the IRA-relais / IRA-Relay

Even though my German is very limited, I might have found the source.

In etka English this is called "windscreen washer system for models with intensive windscreen washer system". If you change it to German, it says "Scheibenwaschanlage fuer Fahrzeuge mit Intensiv-Scheibenwaschanlage"
I for intensive, A for anlage" R still unclear, but I know that washing/cleaning in German is Reignung or something like that.
If one stays in German etka and goes to MSP pages one can see that modification m059 (intensive system) is called "Scheibenwaschanlage mit Intensivreiningung"

Which confirms my assumption regarding R for Reiningung.
                        IntensivReiningungAnlage it is.

And English translators for the label were probably too lazy to find out what IRA stands for, so they kept the German abbreviation without having any idea.

If OP is still interested here is my fusebox under the hood.

Careful with fuse ratings, i think some of them are wrong, will check that later today

                              Hi Guys.
Sorry it took some time to get back to you.

I finally finished my A/C issue. No more clicking and system is working beautifully.

Changed the 4 pin to 5-PIN A/C clutch relay, I changed the motor for the temperature flap and I put in a new low pressure sensor as in its place, there was a high pressure switch.

So, everything working as it should. Many thanks for that.

About the equipment codes, I have forgot about it each time, but next time I visit the mechanic, I will sure make a picture of them.

About the BOSE, now I am in deep search of what/how it should be......

First of all, my car has all 4 BOSE speakers, BUT, the radio in the Car is a "normal" Gamma CC ( no Bose inscription anywhere).

So, since the popping could only be the radio, and having all bose hardware, I got a GAMMA BOSE last year and now it is the thing we are working on.
I might open a new thread for that, since a couple of issues with it. The Bose I got is the number 2 on your list and number 1 is the one installed in the car. I honestly think that there was already a BOSE in there, but at some point, it was changed ( don´t know the reason) as there is some re-wiring behind the radio, and it is giving us some headaches, as we can´t get to the original wiring that should go with the BOSE Radio I got.

                              What I got is a GAMMA BOSE from a late V8, and USr4 and 100´s I believe.

But I have two pairs of green/black-Green cables that are cut off and don´t know where they go.

Will try to post some pictures.
