Mine were disabled a while back,is there a new rule in the Mot that theses have to be working now to pass the test??

Mine passed MOT 3 month ago with non working. As I have heard, need to be careful with MOT offers for 1/2 price etc. What garages do... is get people in for cheep MOT and then try to fix stuff witch no need to be fixed/changed and try to find anything...Comment

Headlight washers must work if the vehicle is fitted with HID lights along with the automatic self levelling system but the MOT regs. say this may be difficult to test.
So if your has NOT got xenon lights the washers don't have to work.
