As per title just installed hid bulbs and when I switched them on the left one flickers for about 4 seconds and then lights ok just wondering is it that I have mounted the right ballast to the inner wing and the one that flickers is just resting on the cables that feed the n75. Anyone had this before?

It could be a few different things but most likely you've got a bad bulb.
Try switching the bulbs side-to-side and see if the problem follows the bulb. If it does, you need a new bulb.Be alert! America needs more lerts.
