    Outside temp display

Just replaced my non functioning one with a new one, thanks to Pete @q.Corner and Martin @ Vagparts.

Does it need calibrating? as it seems to be reading higher than the actual outside temperature.
And yes before anyone says I have got the correct part.

Heat soak from engine bay affects sensor under front bumper. Watch it rise in traffic or after you return to car after long/hard run.

It's not heat soak. Cold engine and frozen wasteland and it is reading 8 deg C
