Audi RS2 fog light wiring

Looking for info on how OEM RS2 fogs should be wired/connected. Previous owner fitted aftermarket fog lights and the wiring has been 'modified' as below (sorry bad image):



I see the RS2 fogs have 2 connectors:


What are the 2 connectors for? I was expecting 1.

Isn't one the signal light? The other the fog? And each has a 12V and a ground?

Could well be yes. Was thinking park/side light but could well be turn signal. Might have to have a poke around to see if there are any errant connectors floating around in there.

One is for the fog light indeed, the other is a side light as you say.

I've been told elsewhere that the park light in this unit is only used on the Porsche 993. It is redundant in the RS2.
