well, I didn't find the problem yet...

I changed the fuse box, disconnect the alternator, unplug the ecu, unplug the ignition switch connector, remove all the relays and fuses...and the problem still alive.

I check the voltage on pin 15 ignition switch connector, I have between 8,4 and 9,2v....I don't know who is fedding the +15 line(powered by ignition switch), but isn't on the fuse box or relay...I think is some damaged part who has always 12v

      Any ideas??

if there is install some products not origional of the car i woud disconnect those things like alarm-radio-phone system-gps-remote control for the door locks-..............
otherwise you need to look at the electrical diagrams to see which relay or ecu gets bat+30 and contact +15 so you can disconnect some to see if the problem is solved
it can be your dash itself-airco panel-central locking pump-airbag-the rest off the ecu's .................
i hope this will help your problem

                    Finally I found the problem

I disconnect all what it have under the rear seat...nothing changed, so I decided to go again with the fuse box and disconnect the coloured plugs, when the black one was unplugged all the problems disappear, I checked for voltaje and I found 9v on the black/blue wire, bingo!! I thought

I removed the wire from the connector, connect it to the fuse box and fire up the engine, perfect. All works fine...lights, clima, dash,...so I decided to let it out

The schemes said that must be two black wires, I think that BK=black, but there is one black/blue...like they show on the blue plug for the flasher, light switch and cruise control... the wire position in the black plug said that the wire who I removed is for the reverse light switch, but the lights works fine
