A6 C4 Petrol instrument cluster into Diesel

I can get a cheap petrol instrument cluster.
How is possible to add my AEL A6?

I know that the tachometer is different but
Can i replace from the current?

Oh i found some description.I think i will remove the trip computer and add to my
    current cluster.

    "
Wiring Configuration (from BMThorn on AW)

    For UrS4
Pin 1 on IC goes to Pin 2 on the wiper stalk (ground)
Pin 2 on IC goes to Pin 4 on the wiper stalk (down)
Pin 3 on IC goes to Pin 1 on the wiper stalk (reset)
Pin 4 on IC goes to Pin 3 on the wiper stalk (up)

There are 2 connections that are made directly behind the pass side kick panel:
Pin 5 on IC goes to Blue w/ Black stripe on Red Harness (Injector Duty Cycle)
Pin 9 on IC goes to Yellow w/ Blue stripe on Grey Harness (Map Sensor / BOOST)
    "

So these last two pins will provide the info for the trip computer.
    Will be this enough?

          Coding IC

Using VAGCOM, The later instrument cluster with the digital speedometer display can be coded to whatever Audi engine you have.

i am back.I installed the the cluster but having issue with the cables.
I only have a full documentation for AAN,which says i have to plug to
the Red Harness pin 5 for fuel consumption. But it is not empty however i havent have
board computer yet(the cable color code is red and black). On the pin 2 i have the black and blue cable
which is not connected to the ECU pin 31.
I don't know what to do now.Just pair with it the red and black cable and thats all?

Main problem is that i don't know what the red and black cable is.

                    Thank you for your help

                          Hello,

thank you for your help! Finally i found the AEL ecu pinout. So now i know the pin 31 is not the fuel consumption but the pin 33(? i have to look exactly in the document).
So i combined the 2 instruments panel, use AEL gauges, and using the panel.
Now is working, the BC shows data(but it does not show the correct the right datas) so i will reprogram but i have no more time to work on it now.

Does anybody knows is there A6 C4 instrument clusters with Boardcomputer (BC) and without autocheck (AC) ?
I'm wondering can I found that kind of cluster, or is it waste of time searching. My C4 A6 have only mini-check, but boardcomputer would be nice to have.

Never seen one but you can fit cluster with AC. I've done it multiple times in the past but don't remember exactly how it reacts to missing hardware (light check unit, washer fluid level sender etc) - either it skips them or in worst case scenario you'll need to connect few wires to the ground. Standard warnings like oil pressure, charging works the same way as on minicheck.
