    instrumentcluster going nuts.

hey everyone. i recently bought a modded audi 200 ( 5000) 20v 3B. it was in dire shape as it was an abandoned car. after some repairs i kind of got stuck on an electrical problem. the cluster's trip computer and clock went dead on me. after trying a swtich out with both 2 replacements which i had lying around still nothing. this time after connecting my fuel also stopped working and my left turn signal started gong really fast. i thought it was the ground at the engine so i checked but only saw one ground at the block. the other bolt where there was supposedly another ground was missing . still havent figured out whats wrong. all fuses are okay except the one from the cigarette lighter rear but dont think that had anything to do with it. ive sent the instrument cluster to a repair shop to make sure the problem isnt coming from there. does anyone have a clue what could be the problem and what the second bolt to the right of the ground was at the intake manifold ? thanks guys.

I'd start with checking fuses. There's a fuse (IIRC nr 4) for clock, obc, interior lightning and something more.
Fast blinking turn signals usually means one or more bulbs are gone.

Hi! Those clusters are known for bad contacts and bad solder joints.
I suggest dismantle the cluster and clean contacts and use contact enhancer spray!
        Look on "sjmautotechnik.com" too.
        Great site for the 200!!!

Those grounds are for ecu. Nothing to do with cluster.

i have already resoldered all contacts on the cluster. but perhaps contact spray could do the trick
