I've a problem with my 1998 a4 b5 1.9 Tdi Quattro. The tail lights, brake lights and dip beam lights do not work. All other lights work. I suspect there is a plug or a relay in the system that is not shown on the Haynes manual that has something to do with it. Anyone got a diagram that shows all plugs and connections they can send me or point me in the right direction. Brian
Not sure if it is fitted to B5 but on B7 there is a light module fitted below steering wheel under plastic cover-I would google it if it is fitted on B5 and start looking around there.
According to the Haynes manual there isn't one fitted but I suspect there is a relay or plug somewhere. Haynes says there is no light module fitted. B6 was the first model to have one fitted.
