  • heres a good one!

tonight i was in the house when i heard the cars horn going, i rushed outside, opened the door & hit the horn push- it stopped. the horn push didnt appear to be sticking or anything & the horn worked fine, A few minutes later the same thing again! After the 3rd time I removed the horn relay.
Any ideas? My alarm is not connected to the horn & it wasnt set off either.

Must be a dodgy connection somewhere mate,,,,take the horn push off and have a look at the horn connection beneath it,,,,,,horn push comes off by pushing in and turning.

thanx christine, i dont think it can be in the horn push tho as the horn does not operate on these cars without ignition on. I suspect the relay & have swapped it with the foglamp one to test.
