Turn signals front and back staying on

So I came to start my car tonight and I find my rear fog light button was illuminated in red. I tried turning the car over but the battery was almost pretty much dead..Now I've jump started the car and all the indicators front and back as well as interior are on and won't go off.

Can anybody give me any pointers? Am gonna start by checking my hazard lights button/relay as well as for any shorted bulbs to see what's going on. Any help is appreciated!

Yes but the alarm wasn't activated and it isn't at the moment..

Routed the problem to the alarm, doesn't seem to be functioning so there must be a short in a wire somewhere. Will have a look there
