2. What else would I need to move the old kit onto another H1 equipped car - just the wiring looms ?

One of my first mods was changing my 3B headlights to ellipsoids. Cost me ~£340 inc. bulbs, from my local stealer. It improved night time visability loads, but now I want more! Put me down for one of these Extreme HID kits. Most of my driving in the S2 is at night, so being able to see better has to be a good thing.

Wish I'd had thought of that. I'm very happy wtih my H4 HID kit, but, well, Ellipsoids with HIDs in, hmm yes, would have been better. Still, there you go! Enjoy blinding people with this kit guys!

It was in my pre-forum days. So I didn't know about the HID kits at the time. It was the only way I knew how to improve the lighting situation.

Is the HID kit suitable for my '93 S4 or is it only for the S2?

Thanks Mark, Nick, but Merlin.... Sorry.... no way can my kit be used on an S4, S2 only :mischeif: that is unless I had of bought an S4, then it would of been a S4 kit only !!! , you have a pm sir.

I'll update the details today regrding this as the final upgrade specs are now in.
