Was wondering what the difference was between the two turbos and if it was worth my while swapping mine over to K26
Another thing with swapping turbo (i have already larger oil cooler)what other parts will need modified ,injectors, chip,WG,manifold?

The K24 and K26 are KKK turbo family designations. This means, that there is bunch of K24's, and another bunch of K26's. All of them have different purpose and flow parameters.
If you just made swap from audi s4 K24 to audi 100/200 K26 - it was not worth the job. Stock K24 outperforms stock K26 in flow and boost levels. Also you need a remap of the ECU to make this turbo work properly. I'm using K26 from audi 100 in my AAN. No benefits except increased turbolag/turbokick which I like . K24 is too smooth for me - no turboed car feeling. Also K26 is cheap.

DON't fit a K26 turbo on your S2 - you will be disappointed - unless you like lag and the feeling in your butt when then thing actually starts blowing properly...
The RS2 turbo provides much better performance than the K26. The RS2 is a hybrid of K24 and K26 parts with some special wheels and flow characteristics. It is the only KKK turbo specifically designed for the Audi I5 engine - Porsche helped here of course.
