I think the one you need is 447 965 571A, it's a relay actually that controls both the coolant pump and the fan,

                Fae - 3547

Use the seat sensor if you want the after run to start and cool more.
If you use the transporter sensor then it allmost allways starts
and also in winter (closes at 85C). I prefer the seat sensor.

What i found today my afterrun works , but my car does not run hot enough normaly
to start after run (97 - 110c) to start it , so i sat at 4000 rpm after a run parked
and heated engine up turn of car 10 sec later after run fan & pumb came on
normaly my car never runs more than just above 90c and after hard driveing i all ways cool it down , so after run does not start . it seems to be set very high
