Good luck guys.
@Johnny Boy, the throttle body hose is the short stubby one just before it goes into the throttle body and the inlet manifold. They quite commonly split underneath where the hose clips clamps it
I have two of those in Samco flourosilicone if they are needed. PM me if interested.
Other common leak points are the intercooler O-ring and the silly wee section of hose that connects the front of the pressure pipe down towards the intercooler exit. Thats a very common failure on 3B's now - given their age.

I agree with Tom. Someone needs to get over and help Johnny Boy out, bless him.
Top bloke, but definitely lacking in mechanical skills. If you can fix it for him, he may take you out for a blast in his motor.
PM me your number and I'll sort it.
Are you coming Jon?
Get the barbie out if it's hot day, and get the beers in the fridge.

Sorry to hijack but what is the hose that is being talked about here?
From the turbo to the intercooler. When you fit an RS2 intercooler to a 3B car you shorten the length of the hose required by the increase in length of the intercooler.
I don't think anyone has taken this amount off, or any amount off, so it is crumpled up and catching on "things" which are covered in oil and sh@t.
This might not be the problem, but will be a problem in time. While everything is off to fix this, we can get in better to find the culprit, if it is not this.
