Ive just replaced the split oil pipe to the cooler but it's still leaking actually from the cooler or fromt he union from cooler to pipe. It's definatly as tight as it will do up. AHHHH
    It's doing my head in.
Any suggestions how likely is it the cooler is the problem now. How much can i get one for? I need one cheap!
Should i Just buy a better oil cooler can u fit them to standard hoses?
    Any help much appreciated!

I think i'm just going to get a mocal one, they seem very reasonable, which is the best one to go for? 13 row 115mm? but which hose fittings should i get and where can i get hoses from?
I think a few people people on here have done this?

The standard ones are over £100 and the pipes are more! BTDT cost a lot!

      Good luck.

Thanks Mark, that exactly the info i needed. I dont hink i will be getting as expensive fittings as you.
But what i'm looking to order from mocal is:
2 meters 100R6 oil hose stainless brading 5/8" ID 0.97 OD
              4 x Steel Fittings for 100R6 hose 90 degree -10 Jic for 5/8" hose
              2 x -10 to M18 x 1.5 adaptors (are these right for the 3B?) from Speedflow
2 x Dowty sealing washers (for the adaptors) from Speed flow
oh and of course 1 X mocal oil cooler 235mm 13 row with 10 Jic male fittings.
              Does this sound right?

the question is how do i get them Swaged? or do i buy pro clamps and do it my self.

Edit: spoke to a local hoses company they can swage them for £20, so that better that paying £40 in clamps! I told them i got their number form a freind, ha works every time.
Now just got to get it all fitted!

              cheers Mike
