Throttle position Potentiometer 3B or ABY???

Hi Guy's

a Question.
Did a engine conversion in my Audi Urquattro whith a RS2 ADU engine.
At the moment i have problems with failure 00537.
My Lamda sensor is new en sparks en lead too.
Stil have the problem whith datablock 000 parameter 8 is going to 160.
But if i change the position of the Throttle position Potentiometer, than it drops till 130
But not stady.
So I did use a 3B version and saw that the partsnumber differs from the ADU/ABY.
Can I use this 3B or do i need to replace it for a ADU/ABY???
Could this be a posible solution for the mention problem above??
(Ps a MTM chip is inside the ECU 375bhp)

There has to be some difference between RR/3B and ABY/ADU/AAN TPS as the part numbers are not the same. I have no idea what the difference is. I suggest you try to source one of the newer type and test it.

Please tell us what the difference is if you figure it out.

Both units have the idle switch and 0-5V output for the position but as I said, no idea what's different.

I saw that to on ETKA, but the cost a 100 euro new i am wondering if get this part direct from Bosch how muchit wil cost.
And i want to know if this realy a theme or no problem at al.

No fundamental difference. I´ve driven them both and currently with the ADU one. The reason for change was bad fuel economy, but there was another reason for that inside ECU. I never went back to 3B throttle sensor. The resistance "curve" is probably a little bit different with different TPS opening angle.

What ECU are you driving with your MTM sw ?
What Fuel pressure ?
Are you sure the SW is for ADU ?

I did order a ADU poti, bur perhaps the failure stays???

-Its a AAN ECU and a changed resistor in R208 and a 3 bar LDS

- I cant mesure it my self, but on Idle i have these problem.
Boost is ok.
Are you sure the SW is for ADU ?

On VAG COM it displays RS2 MTM 375 PS

ADU Poti

So today canged the poti and the error 00537 has gone.
Only the 00561 and a waring for no speed signal (but i have a cable speed signal to my dash)
The 00561 fault could be coused by the open airfilter??
Value of parameter 8 from blok 000 is now much better.
So in my opinion, it makes difference.
Perhaps can somebody give advise wat fuelpump to choose for the ADU motor icm with my Urquattro??
The pump is under the car and not in the tank.
It was originaly a WX Sport Edition.
