What can you do about surging problems, is it wise to fit not only the exhaust 7a cam but also the inlet 7a cam?
Getting everything sorted out for my 5++ hp project

Well, I do not actually know how rs2 log manny will perform at +400hp. I have always used tubulars with that kind of power figures.

May become a problem with timing, since the rs2 manny doesn't allow all the cylinders to breath in similar manner. You may end up running so late ignition timing, that U might have hard times achieving 450hp... But this is just guessing.

To avoid surging the cams were retimed, with more overlap. Also the overfall timing was changed. I cannot give exact figures, since I didn't participate that part of the project.

Buying an intake cam is not a bad idea. Laboriour to test which one is better though.
