For those of us still chasing boost leaks.....I have just finished replacing 2 year old hoses on my ABY S2. For some reason Audi have different size hose joins on some of these - the worst one is the lower connection on the rear of the IM Vs the T join. I have tried every size of "stepless clamps" and hose size and this one always seemed dodgy. As an experiment I tried supergluing the 3mm ID hose to the IM connection. Now getting reliable 1.2bar overboost and more consistent running. I can only assume the clamps were distorting the hose....
