Currently Im usind stock AAN injectors but Im thinking about 3B injectors. Also Im using stock fuel pressure regulator and i dont see need for 3 bar map sensor. Im not going to use over 2 bar pressure anyway. Im thinking about 1,6 bar for everyday use and my goal is about 340-350hp.

Of course email custom chips wont be 100% perfect but i want to make the best of it. Im not gonna drive all the way to UK

I recommend the green rs2 injectors with adu FPR + 3bar sensor and then GOOD generic RS2 stage 1 SW offering about 340 durable hp to start from.

(edit: for ADU cams or 3b in cam + NM ex cam and for custom cams to start the finetuning/custom tuning from)

Why do you recommend ADU injectors and FPR if I get basically the same result with AAN 3,8 bar FPR and 3B injectors? Correct me if i got it wrong.

Map sensor. Why should i replace my 250 map sensor that will do just fine with 1,6 bar? I have tested it even with 1,8 bar and i had no problems with that. Anything I dont know about it?

As we can see in here ( http://www.mrc-developments.com/en/exemples_en.php ), its is possible to achieve 365hp with ADU hardware. And here comes questions to MRC people - how much do you ask for that 365 software?

Another problem what is on my mind are cams. Does is matter when programming software?

Good deal Tommy, sell him your good generic software and see how the car runs on with his cams, especially after you've seen the spec of the cams. Then tell me more about how the mixture is going to be totally screwed up.

You need ADU injectors, 3B injectors aren't enough and AAN FPR is 4 Bar, not 3.8...

Your 250 kPa MAP sensor only measures up to 1.5 Bar boost, after that the ECU has no idea how much boost your engine is running and can't control it either.... This is why you need a 300kPa MAP sensor at least....

Price quote will come by email today... 365 HP is for a real ADU, meaning intercooler and ADU cams too, which your car doesn't have, and it's also for ADU injectors. An AAN converted to ADU can't do 365 HP with the stock intercooler by the way...

Oh Yes!!!!!!!!! It does matter a lot, and such weird cams as you have are IMHO a big problem, as no one else has that sort of cams and the only way to tune the car properly is custom tuning inside the car, not by email....

Ok Mihnea, lets cut down intercooler form the list. By the way, I have one pair of cams very similar to ADU cams, this might help of course. If you would reply to your emails, maybe we could discuss this subjest over email.

Tuning the car with a small turbo (Rs2) with unknown wild cams is not a good idea. Also it might be so that you cams are not so wild because you have not told much of them. I do not judge them before hearing some facts or estimates of them. What origin are your planned cams or cam alternatives ? Any spex of them ? The idea of this forum is to share knowledge and have fun in the hobby ?

Emm, RS2 turbo is a small one? I thought 1,9 tdi turbo was a small one But OK, that not the issue.

About cams. I have two pairs of cams right now. Here they are:
Intake 1 - 240, 9,5mm
Intake 2 - 224, 9,6mm (7A)
Outlet 1 - 207, 10,4mm
Outlet 2 - 225, 10,2mm (7A)
Actually three of them are made by the local rally team, outlet2 isnt really original 7A cam, its copy of it.
