What spec. Goal 500hp....

I have recently bought me an S2 3b and i think the engine is to week of power.
So now im planing of tuning it to 500hp... Im not a newbee in tuning, have build a few volvo turbos... But Audi is new for me!!

So i hope that somebody has a god spec for me!?
Im very thankfull of any tips!

If you got some links to companys that sell parts im glad, the parts in sweden are sooooo expensive!!!!

My plan is to build a decent track/strip car. I want it to respond pretty fast on the throttle.

The suspension i have alredy sorted out, its just the engine that i need help whit!

oh only the engine

for 500 hp you dont need a stroker. Just look at jeffers project, he has over 500hp and has done the quater mile in 11,61 seconds. I had the privellage to sit next to Jeffry for a while, nothing happens till 4000 rpm but after 4000rmp its not normall it is almost scary . But if you want this kind of power output it will costs you, I think, over 10.000 euro just for the parts. You will have to change"
-rods
-pistons (probably)
-Balancing engine
-new seals and gaskets
-new turbo
-new em
-new im
-new fuelpump
-new injectors
-new exhaust
-new downpipe
-new oil cooler (probably)
-if you have a 3b you will probably need the aby ingnition system
-new remap
-flow the head
-etc.

And ofcourse good brakes, porsche etc.

It is pretty easy to go to 370 hp but over 370 you will need more adjustments.

And what spec. parts do you recommend? And which company is cheapest?

I read a lot of pauter rods, JE pistons, garrett/KKK turbo's, EM sportquattro, home /made turbular EM (jeffer sell a real nice one) Dahlback/MTM/Wagner/Hacke IM, Bosche 044 fuelpump, orange porsche injectors.

For that kind of power outputs the best thing to use is a 3"exhaust together with a 1,5" seperate wastegate pipe.

For the remap you will need Mihnea.

On internet they sell a lot of the mentioned parts. Just look on ebay.com, ebay.de, but also on this s2forum. For new parts there are also a lot of website which you can visit. Take for example a look on www.034efi.com
