Engine Oil Help!

hey everyone! was wondering if any of you knowledgable people could possibly help. Have recently bought an L reg s2 and havent a clue as to what would be the best engine oil to use. tips on both brand and consistency etc would be most appreciated. thanks!!

Millers do one also IIRC

Millers for me simply because it comes in a 5L bottle and can be had for around £30, with the Castrol RS you need to buy a 4L and then 1L and it costs over £40!

i cant get hold of 10w60..... so got 5w40 .... best i could get round my area... any thoughts?

some intersting thoughts! cheers. although where the hell are you guys managing to find the castrol 10w60?? i tried two places, inc halfords, and they only do 10w40! not even german and swedish only do 10w40.
