yes my pump make some noise (grumle and bubble noise) when I turn on the ignition after it's hard to hear with the load exhaust

If your fuel pump is original, it could be getting lazy,

If the gumble noise has been getting louder over time i would suspect your fuel pump

        Never heard one bubbling before

                00561 could be:

                1. Fuel System Pressure too high or too low
                2. Failure of spark plugs, ignition coils or ignition output stages
                3. Ingress of air to G70 (MAF) - Check for leaks!
                4. Leak in exhaust system up to catalyst
                5. Incorrect signal from MAF

So you also need to check the plugs, coils, exhaust and leaks. Hope its just a leak!
