    * Multi-stage heat treated.
    * Packaged in weight matched sets end to end +/- 1 gram.
    * Certified 4340 steel, vacuum degassed to remove impurities.
    * Each forging is X-rayed, sonic tested and magnafluxed to insure quality.
    * All surfaces are 100% machined.
    * Shot peened to stress relieve the metal.
    * Precision alignment sleeves positively locate the rod cap, maintaining big end bore size and eliminating cap walk.
    * Eagle "ESP" Connecting Rods provide the strength and durability required in unlimited engines at a sportman rod price.
    * All Eagle "ESP" Small Block Chevrolet Rods now feature a .050 shorter bolt head for increased block clearance!
    * Forged in China.

    Any comments? Are they worse than these Stern PArner or the Eurospec?
    And by the way: What kind of Rods are they offered from Javad 034Efi? Who makes them?

    Greetings

          yes i've heard of them but not sure how good they are . but dont think they are bad because they are made in china. companies use china for cheap labour but i'm sure they must be tested for strength and reliability.my pauter rods are made of 4340 chromoly steel

            there is no audi/vw rod from eagle, so there cant be so much to tell.

            My guess is that they are just fine for those who little over what orginals can take.
            But would newer recomend them to anyone making 150hp/litre engine. Unless someone makes and tests them, any takers?

                          They look just like Arrows and Carrillos.If the steel is good and the fasteners are of a high quality, I'd say try them. If it all goes pear shaped though, you'll know why some folk pay for more expensive items!

                            There is something for sure! When a Tuner tests these Rods in an application see that they hold then would sell them with the double price!

                            If my mechanic skills where good i could build an engine on my own then i could try them! But to pay two times maybe a mechanic for the same job is not so wonderful!

                            Here is A Mitsubishi Eclipse 2.0 Turbo with Eagle rods and 500 HP

                            Found also some close up pictures:
